The living room features a flat-screen smart TV and plenty of seating. The home also features an electric fireplace for cooler evenings. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, with its island for food prep along with a collection of various cooking spices, and dine together at the eight-person table with additional seating found in the kitchen. For your convenience, the kitchen comes replete with aluminum foil, detergent, and other kitchen basics. There is also a gas grill for use, as well as a ping pong table. We also include a golf cart for your stay!
Head to the porch to relax, settle in a lounge chair, and just the wooded seclusion. There is also a screened-in porch and a large patio for you to enjoy the great outdoors. The sound is only 200-yards away. The spacious lawn with offers plenty of room to play games or for the kids or dogs to run around, including a dog run that can be accessed from the porch. The waterfront in Coffin Point is a fantastic place to fish and kayak. While the beach is not ideal for swimming due to oyster beds, it is a great walking beach, building sand castles, watching tiny crabs scurry away, and sun bathing. You can spend many hours enjoying nature and peaceful quiet; seeing maybe a handful of people all day. You can head to Hunting Island State Park, five miles away to swim at one of the best beaches in the area with a car pass that is included.
